Field Service Technician - Northeast (Travel Throughout US)

Key Responsibilities:

Travel nationwide to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging machinery.

Work closely with customers to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the machinery.

Utilize strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot PLCs (experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).

Provide on-site training to customers on the operation and maintenance of machinery.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Experience troubleshooting PLCs, preferably with Allen Bradley or Siemens.

Previous experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging machinery.

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Ability to work 50-60 hours per week, with overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 (time and a half or double time).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $30 - $37 per hour.

Overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 (time and a half or double time).
