We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager in Petaluma, CA. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing a talented team, and driving the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. What you’ll do:
● You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.
● You will ensure the projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
● You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
● You will ensure that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
● You will implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the project's performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
● You will represent Critical Control in the community, participating in local events and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and presence.
● You will proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance the project's efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
● You have five or more years' experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or service industries.
● You have strong leadership and team management skills
● You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● You are knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
● You have demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
● You have availability for on-call duty as required.
● Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
● Constantly operate a computer (including typing, reading).
● Frequently remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
● Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances.
● Able to drive.
