- Project Management:
- Plan, estimate, and execute electrical service projects, including tenant improvements and medical facilities.
- Oversee project lifecycles: bidding, contracts, scheduling, budgets, and change orders.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage daily field operations, including coordinating and supervising teams to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Technical Support & Supervision:
- Provide leadership and technical support to electricians and maintenance technicians.
- Manage project startup, ongoing tasks, and closeouts, maintaining detailed job files.
- Estimating & Customer Relations:
- Accurately estimate labor/material costs for service projects and repairs.
- Collaborate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administrative Management:
- Assist with bid files, system organization, and permit management.
- Oversee material ordering, coding, and support collections processes.
- Required Skills:
- Strong estimating skills and project scheduling expertise.
- Knowledge of contract administration and the ability to interpret technical plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and computer proficiency.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including specialized software such as Procore and Stack.
- Strong foundation in electrical knowledge to support project needs.
- Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Expertise in NEC and industry standards.
- Previous experience managing electrical service projects.
