OUTSIDE SALES COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary with First year on-target earnings of $75K-89K +

OUTSIDE SALES SCHEDULE:

Work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Hybrid Role)

• Manage your own territory without having to worry about being micromanaged.

• Develop your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face presentations

• Use a custom built platform (CRM) to connect businesses with local competing suppliers for electricity and gas while ensuring a fixed rate.

• Collaborate with small to midsize businesses in your local area.

OUTSIDE SALES QUALIFICATIONS:

• Energized to work in the field and build relationships with clients/businesses in your target market.

• Confidence and proficiency with current technology is a MUST.

• Aspiration to grow within our company and receive unlimited earning potential.

• Responsibly managing your time and organizing your day.

• Comfortable communicating with business owners and teammates.

• Driven to make $89K+ within your first year.

• 4-year degree preferred, but not required.

• MUST HAVE a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
