JOB SUMMARY
Manages daily activities within the organization's field marketing function for the assigned region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage field marketing teams, emphasizing support for third-party retailers and the sales team. Focus on enhancing in-market retail performance and sales velocity.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters to implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with the organization's overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Act as a bridge between the field marketing teams and the sales department, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
- Meets metrics for event performance; makes suggestions for future campaign modifications based on ROI analysis.
- Manages and supports field marketing teams across Nevada & Arizona, focusing on performance and professional development.
- Regularly reports regional progress and metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Conducts occasional in-market visits to assess team performance and gather insights.
- Regularly leads and directs the work of other employees.
- Exercises authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations within the department.
- Oversees the overall operations of the region, ensuring teams meet performance targets.
- Applies discretion and independent judgment in decision-making for departmental operations and issues.
- Primarily engaged in a managerial capacity, the worker is integral to enterprise management, overseeing employee training, determining changes in employee status, assigning job duties, drafting management policies, addressing disciplinary issues, and ensuring strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Performs other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
