Field Marketing Manager - Black Owl Recruiting, LLC

Black Owl Recruiting is sourcing for an Assisted Living Facility Field Manager. The ALF Field Manager is responsible for visiting facilities in NYC & Hudson Valley to develop relationships with Administrators, MDs, & Case Managers, and working with facilities to maximize Medicare. This is mostly a marketing position and OUTSTANDING personality is the KEY qualification for the position.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual salary range of 120K - 125K commensurate with experience.
• Paid Mileage for all travel days

• 3 week’s vacation, 5 personal days, and 8 sick days a year

Requirements :Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

• Superior communications skills
• Must have a car to travel to facilities.
• Minimum of two years health care experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to interact with Administrators and MDs in the facility

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
