We are seeking Family Support Specialist to join our team in our Wilkes-Barre, PA location.



Position Details:










* Oversee, coordinate, and conduct recruiting events; identify and build relationships with community groups that could provide a viable candidate pool.
* Adhere to and drive Merakey recruitment best practices, including administering interviews and collecting feedback.
* Interview and approve foster parents.
* Partner with candidates through the background screening and credentialing processes to expedite the process.
* Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and uphold Merakey’s employment brand.
* Deliver SWAN services, including but not limited to Family Profile, Child Profile, Prep, and Finalization.

* Bachelor's Degree
* 2 years of experience with social services/health care administration.
