About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.  The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.   
We are looking for a full time, 40 hour per week Family Nurse Practitioner to work at our GEA Roper Wellness Center in Lafayette, GA.  You will work alongside a primary care physician, medical assistants, Center Operations Manager, mental health professional, health coach, and physical therapists.  The ideal candidate will have primary care experience and enjoy working in a model with ample time to spend with patients.  This four day workweek is perfect for a morning person looking to start their day - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6am-5pm, Wednesday 6am-2:30pm.
