Excellent opportunity exists for a dynamic Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. • Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic disease management, and specialized care according to the candidate's interest

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with American Board of Medical Specialties
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
