Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex family law cases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs
• Handle discovery, including drafting motions and managing responses
• Prepare and defend depositions, including crafting deposition outlines and exhibits
• Develop questions for witnesses during hearings and trials
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memorandums
• Maintain consistent client communication throughout the case lifecycle
• Manage cases from start to finish with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Track billable hours efficiently to meet firm standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Nevada bar
• 3+years of experience in family law, with expertise in handling complex cases
• Strong analytical, communication, and legal writing skills
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and team-focused professional
