POSITION SUMMARY
A Brand Field Specialist is responsible for calling on Falken & Dunlop prospective associate dealers and current dealers in an assigned NY territory. This person will call on associate dealers to sign them on Falkens (Fanatic) associate dealer program or ProDealer Dunlop Motorcycle program. The BFS is responsible with merchandising each new signed account by location. This person will also be responsible for ensuring initial customer engagement with the brand including dealer follow up calls, if required to ensure dealer is engaging with the programs. This person constantly looks for ways to improve the Fanatic/ProDealer program by logging market intelligence and identifying areas for improvement. The BFS is also responsible for growing relationships with local distributor sales representatives at each wholesale distributor in their respective assigned territory as well as continuing to develop internal relationships with SRNA staff. This position is eligible for a monthly commission payout.

PRINCIPAL TASKS
1. Program Sales: Meet goals/objectives as forecasted with prospective customers new associate dealers in assigned territory.
2. Customer Support: Provide information of value to new associate dealers on a weekly/monthly basis including changes to programs and/or new products
offered by SRNA.
3. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain truck and trailer inventory on a daily/weekly basis, ordering products to refill each consistently
4. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations and programs to prospective associate dealers
5. Fanatic Enrollments: Get complete documentation fully executed and shared internally and externally within one day of signing a new dealer.
6. ProDealer Enrollments: Get complete documentation fully executed and shared internally and externally within one day of signing a new dealer
7. New Business Development: Build rapport and trusting long-term relationships with dealers in assigned territory.
8. Problem Resolution: Create and maintain various reports and receipts for management (call reports, expense reports, Fuel and Misc. receipts etc.). Perform
market research within assigned territory and make recommendations to Management. Develop strategic plan for assigned geographical service area. Assist
Wholesale Distributor with problem resolution for accounts.
9. Associate Dealer Development: Have full knowledge of dealers that are of direct stature in their channel/designated marketing area. Know which of these dealers could be signed as direct SRNA customers as either a compliment or replacement to the current SRNA dealer base in order to hit desired market share goals.
10. Responsible for special projects to be handled in addition to core responsibilities as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two to Three (2-3) years experience in a sales field (preferably Automotive or Tire Industry).Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any otherrelated degree from an accredited college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) preferred. Must haveexcellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent presentation and interpersonalskills. Must be organized, deadline driven, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and possess the ability towork independently. This position requires employee to travel 80% or more via planes and automobiles.
Must be able to stand, sit, move, stoop, crouch, and use fingers for extended periods of time, hearing and talking. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching aboveshoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 100 pounds. Must be able to engage in avariety of strenuous outdoor events and locations including off-road desert/mountainous locations.The work environment consists of daily travel involving truck and trailer,cars, outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments and officeenvironment, and inclement weather based on customer location.The Physical Demands and Work Environment described herein represent the environment and physical demands that mustbe met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
