Our program begins with a comprehensive orientation, ensuring a solid foundation for our new graduates. We recognize the importance of a smooth transition from academic studies to practical application, which is why each new graduate is paired with a seasoned mentor. This mentor guides and supports the newcomer on the unit, helping them navigate the complexities of real-world practice.

To further enhance this transition, we have developed a mentorship program specifically tailored to bridge the gap between the classroom and the clinical setting. We understand that evolving from a student into a professional therapist can be challenging, and our program is thoughtfully designed to facilitate this journey.

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most of the therapy sessions will be conducted in-person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Ability to learn and document in a robust electronic medical records platform.
