Facility Specialist I - By Light Professional IT Services LLC

Overview:

The Facility Specialist I assists, performs and supports the general maintenance and upkeep of Raydon's facilities to include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds keeping, painting and other facilities projects and activities based on organizational needs. 

Responsibilities:

Typical Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Performing general and specific maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, minor repair work, performing minor maintenance on air conditioners, light manufacturing machinery and equipment, and operating a forklift and scissor lift
• Supporting work in other areas such as material control, manufacturing assembly, field service, shipping, receiving and delivery

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year’s work experience in a manufacturing facilities maintenance including electrical repair, general carpentry, plumbing and material handling
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining manufacturing and air conditioning equipment.

Physical Demands:

Physical activities of this job include sitting, standing, reaching, walking, talking, bending, lifting to 35 lbs and constant use of hands.
