About the Job
- Supporting corporates daily operation
- Manage and maintain company property
- Contract and manage the vendor contract and its services
- Project management
- Manage individual projects assigned from the Company’s strategic facility plan as it relates to real estate and construction projects
- Manage corporate vehicles and its maintenance schedule
- Manage the cafeteria operation vendor and support its daily services
- Ability to perform space planning such as departmental re-configurations and design
- Assist the Facilities Planning on multiple projects
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Support maintenance and installment work as needed
- Identify issues of concern in building operations
- Develop proposals for redress and implement as appropriate.
- Develop and execute repair plans, supervise vendors if required.
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors & vendors to supervise and monitor HVAC, extermination, plumbing, appliance maintenance, electrical and other services.
- Function as after-hours contact for alarm monitoring company
- Responsible for overall office safety & security
- Understand evacuation procedures and be part of the Emergency Response Team
- Support Remote Locations as needed to support Facility related needs.
- 5+ Years of experience as a Facilities roles
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other construction trades
- While performing the functions of this job, the employee is occasionally required to lift, carry, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, push, or perform other physical activities.
- Customer/Team oriented, anticipating and responding proactively to the needs and concerns of others.
- Communication skills (verbal, written) to gather feedback and get clarity on miscellaneous job duties and interact with staff and guests.
- Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position $76,000 - $90,000 . Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
