ROLE SUMMARY
Provide general maintenance and facilities work for Regents School of Austin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and breakdown for meetings and events.
Perform routine building maintenance
Restocking of paper goods
Basic building repairs including plumbing, painting, and electrical etc.
Assembly and movement of furniture and equipment
Assist with security needs in opening and closing buildings and gates
Inspect buildings interior and exterior, playground equipment and grounds and perform minor repairs
Hang pictures, mirrors, whiteboards, projector screens paper and soap dispensers
Ability to manage and prioritize work orders
Ability to work independently
Cleaning tasks and janitorial duties as needed
Provide oversight to temporary or contracted laborers
Report maintenance issues requiring specialized service
Be available by cell phone during work hours
Any additional tasks requested by supervisor which may not appear on this list

Required Experience:
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to operate light mechanical equipment such as riding lawn mowers, manual and power hand tools, and power washer
Experience with general household and/or commercial building repairs
