Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year
A bit about us:
We provide pipeline, process piping, instrumentation, structural, electrical, mechanical, civil, construction engineering, and drafting. This individual would be responsible for understanding the scope of work, delegating tasks, providing mentorship and oversight for junior engineers on their team, leading meetings, reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, performing detailed engineering, and communicating directly with the client.

Responsibilities:
As a Facilities + Pipeline Engineering Lead, you will be expected to:
1. Lead and manage all aspects of facilities and pipeline engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
3. Conduct comprehensive stress analysis and foundation design for various projects.
4. Leverage your knowledge of Skyciv, RISA, and CEASAR to optimize project outcomes.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
6. Ensure all engineering works adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
8. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
9. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in mid-stream operations, facilities, and pipeline projects.
3. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
4. Extensive experience with Skyciv, RISA, and CEASAR.
5. Strong understanding of stress analysis and the use of FEA software.
6. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. A Professional Engineer (PE) License is required for this role.
