Facilities Manager

Utah First Credit Union is seeking an experienced full-time, 40-hours a week Facilities Manager to work at our corporate headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3-years of facility operations experience working with vendors and managing contracts. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute on deliverables. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, executive team, employees, and contractors.

The facilities manager must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Working independently or coordinating with vendors resolve building issues such as: HVAC, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, snow removal, lighting, building security, landscaping, and general building maintenance.

Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, perform routine preventative maintenance, and track maintenance schedules. Ensures that facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for use. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, to walk to perform regular physical inspections at 11 office locations. Must be able to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform other physical labor. Must have valid driver's license.

What we offer

A competitive base wage starting at $31.25 to $36.06 / hour, depending on experience with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on performance.
