Well established community bank is seeking dependable, detail oriented, and experienced Facilities Maintenance Person to join their team
Qualifications:
• Facility maintenance experience is a required
• General skills for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping required
• Professional in appearance and communications
• High priority for quality Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Strong Integrity, and Thoroughness
• Valid driver license with clean MVR - Must travel to multiple branches driving a company vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pre-employment drug and background check will be required
• Facility maintenance experience is a required
• General skills for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping required

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Cuts grass, trims weeds, trees, and shrubs, and performs other general landscaping on organization's properties.
• Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Washes windows, soffit, and outside of structures.
• Performs repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks.
• Repairs and treats structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets, and roofs.
• Repairs door hinges, cleaning plugged key slots, changing filters on ventilating, heating, and air conditioning units.
• Services kitchen, appliances, and emergency equipment, reporting mechanical malfunctions to appropriate party for action.
• Removal of snow and ice on sidewalks.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and equipment and unloading and storing supplies.
• Activating & deactivating building alarms; responding to alarm calls after & during regular work hours.
• Maintains company vehicle and keep appropriate mileage records.
• Maintain up to date records for all state, federal, and insurance semi-annual and annual inspections.

Overview of Schedule and Compensation:
• Typically working daytime hours during 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• May be necessary for an evening or weekend at times for special project or emergency repair
• Hourly rate position - based on experience and/or education
• Medical & Dental Insurance provided at the first of the month after 60 days of service
• 401k, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance offered upon eligibility
• PTO time earn and paid holidays
