Your role as a Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator at First Missionary Baptist Church is vital in maintaining an efficient and safe work environment. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including executing small repairs to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard. You will assist and supervise custodial staff as needed to maintain the cleanliness of our facilities. Also help with set-up and breakdown for special events.
An essential part of your role involves tracking the inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, ensuring that all items are in good order and readily available. Additionally, you will help ensure a safe environment by assisting with safety protocols, managing key holder access, and monitoring the premises.
Being responsible for the building's timely opening and secure closing further underscores your commitment to safety and excellence in this critical position.
