As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining the aesthetic, functionality, and enjoyment of the Acquisition.com Headquarters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling preventive maintenance, managing vendors, maintaining inventory, ordering and stocking supplies, setting up events, overseeing office systems, and welcoming visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure the proper upkeep of the building, encompassing landscaping, pest control, janitorial, handyman services, and other recurring needs.
- Scheduling maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of food and beverages in the building at all times for events and employees. All while ensuring the best cost and value
- Meticulously documenting expenditures for budget analysis purposes
- Distribute all incoming mail and packages to the respective departments efficiently while also ensuring proper disposal of packaging materials as necessary, including shredding for confidentiality purposes.
- Crafting an outstanding experience for visitors to the building, ensuring a welcoming and memorable atmosphere
- Ensure all new and existing vendors have proper Certificate of Insurance and signed NDAs, before providing services
- Responsible for the setup and teardown of events which includes setting tables, chairs, linens, as well as materials.
- Support the Building Supervisor in developing and implementing emergency protocols and procedures
- Support the Building Supervisor in conducting daily building inspections and preparing detailed reports.
- Reporting and escalating building concerns to the Facility Supervisor.
- Support the Building Supervisor in maintaining a comprehensive asset management list for all equipment, both technical and non-technical, and facilitate the procurement of replacements when required.
- Supporting the Building Supervisor with updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of all projects and tasks using Asana as the designated platform.
- Provide general support to visitors
- addressing any facilities-related issues during events as they arise.
- Ensure the safety equipment, including AEDs and first aid kits, are inventory, kept up-to-date and readily available.
- Coordinate service calls with the security alarm and camera system as required.
- Ensure we have gym waivers for all employees and guests on file.
- To maintain cleanliness in the building and ensure daily removal of trash.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Building Supervisor.
- Available on weekends and holidays as necessary

- All visitors to the building have an exceptional personalized experience.
- We maintain a five-star experience for our staff and guests by keeping the building up to our standards.
- Communication and coordination with all vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met or surpassed.
- Anticipate the needs of the HQ to ensure it remains clean, aesthetically appealing, and stocked at all times.
- All building supplies are ordered in a timely manner, adequately dispersed, and logged.
- Inform the building supervisor about any issues that arise, including vendor communications.
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities related role.
- Combination of technical skills are a plus (such as light plumbing, changing of light bulbs, building small items I.E. tables, chairs).
- Ability to effectively use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Be able to carry more than 30 lbs.
- Able to work any day of the week, as event schedules may vary. Most hours will typically fall between 12 PM and 9 PM PST, although this may change.
- Ability to work on weekends and longer hours when necessary.
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for serving others, as you will be in a role that impacts everyone who works or visits the office.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in G-Suites (Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Available on weekends and holidays as necessary
Location:
- Full-time position on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
Availability:
- Standard hours of Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (some flexibility offered/required)
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $60,000 salary
