Fabricator/Welder at Judge Group

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) on various metals and alloys.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting settings for optimal performance.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW).
