Hours:

2nd: 2 PM - 10 PM

OR

3rd: 10 PM - 6 AM

Wage: Based on experience

We’re seeking a motivated Fabrication Supervisor to oversee production, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards and ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and schedule production processes

- Train and develop team members

- Implement improvements for quality, cost, and efficiency

- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
