Seeking an eager, early-career professional who is ready to learn and grow within the organization. While experience in oil and gas is not mandatory, a background in manufacturing will be beneficial. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Skills and Competencies:
Target salary range is $80k-$105k based on experience
This is an onsite role Monday-Friday with great visibility working with executive leadership.

- Provide insightful financial analysis and support for business operations across all management levels.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare presentations for board and shareholder meetings, as well as monthly and quarterly leadership sessions.
- Conduct scenario modeling to facilitate portfolio growth and development.
- Analyze financial performance and assist management in understanding variances from plans.
- Develop and implement routine analytical reviews of financial and operational metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, SAP, and PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience.
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- CPA or MBA is a plus.
