Our managers are positive leaders with top notch communication skills to effectively motivate employees and ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
- Oversees the training and development of staff
- Achieves stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- May have a specific focus on managing the beverage program, managing employees, and/or restaurant event planning
Required skills and qualifications to be a Front of House Manager:
- Able to pass a background screening
- 3 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
- An above-average knowledge of beer, spirits, and wine
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Physical requirements for Front of House Manager
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
