The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This position is responsible for providing world class customer service during the provision, return and servicing of medical equipment inclusive of responding to product inquiries or other identified customer needs. The daily responsibilities encompass the preparation of medical equipment for patient use to include sanitization and disinfection, quality control testing, preparation for use and transportation of the equipment to and from customer locations utilizing a company provided vehicle. In addition to preparation and provision of medical equipment, employees in this function are required to learn and operate within the company defined policies and procedures to maintain compliance with the regulated requirements for medical devices. Additional responsibilities include ownership and execution of at minimum one key service center process, such as inventory management.

- Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis
- Providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions
- Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery
- Supporting inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed
- Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
- Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Two (2) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current and Valid Drivers license due to this position requires driving
- Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- High School Diploma/GED or higher required
- Must provide proof of COVID vaccination prior to start
