Project Manager – FIS Modern Banking Platform
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the financial technology sector and the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated ability to manage individual projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience managing software development, integration, and deployment projects on the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Knowledge of financial services and banking industry standards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software development practices.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage individual projects involving the FIS Modern Banking Platform, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, product management, and operations, to drive project execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to address challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and communication updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring best practices in project management are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
