responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and test Actimize-related patches for SAM, CDD, CTR, AIS, and/or ERCM.
- Perform customizations in Actimize by developing new AIS processes, SQL stored procedures, Java plugins, SAM XML rule configurations, and RCM Designer configurations.
- Collaborate with FCC business and technology stakeholders to develop and review functional and technical requirements.
- Define data requirements for new models and external alert ingestion processes.
- Implement ETL changes using SQL or other data transformation platforms (e.g., Informatica, MSSQL SSIS).
- Deploy new FCC solutions supporting AML, OFAC, and fraud detection.
- Work cross-functionally with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Research emerging technologies and architectural standards to provide technical guidance.
- Support FCC leadership in all aspects of the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Actimize and other FCC applications.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of technology, tools, and existing designs to recommend process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Actimize and other FCC applications.
Required Skills:
- Advanced expertise in implementing Actimize AIS 4.x, RCM 5.13, ActOne 6.x/10.x, SAM 8.x/10.x, CDD 10.x, and CTR 3.x. Experience with fraud and list screening solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency with automated scheduling tools such as Control-M or Task Scheduler.
- Experience in programming with Java/J2EE and/or Python.
- Deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of Actimize AML solutions (e.g., database components, AIS components, user investigation processes).
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering, Currency Transaction Reporting, Name/Message Screening, and Fraud detection.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of Actimize SAM, CDD, and CTR solutions, including requirements gathering, technical design, installation, configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- In-depth experience with AML scenario design, including data profiling, statistical analysis, and baseline threshold discovery.
- Experience with real-time and batch data integration processes, such as MQ, Web Services, ETL processes, and systems like Miser, ACH Plus, and Pay Plus.
