Expo/Food Runner - Rum Runners

Food Expeditor responsibilities act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the waitstaff.

*Manage the order floe

*Make sure that all the orders are prepared in time

*Assist and manage the final preparation of the different food and dishes

*Control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen

*Ensure adherence to all relevant quality and sanitation rules

*Serve as a contact person for the kitchen and wait staff

*Take care of customers with special request

*Keeping food area clean

Rum Runners is an exciting new venture located in The East Bank of the Flats. We'll be focused on beachy cocktails, live music and delicious food. Our patio will feature local accoustic acts 3+ days a week while inside we'll be turning it up with live Rock, Reggae and Blues bands.
