Expert Systems Architect, TS/SCI Hybrid with Security Clearance - LLC

RTI Consulting LLC is looking for an Expert Systems Architect for a hybrid contract in Springfield, VA. This role involves leading the design and development of solutions for complex applications, including API design, data services, and cloud infrastructure, aligning with user requirements and strategic goals.

Required:

• 18 years of experience
• TS/SCI clearance or higher
• Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related STEM field
• Expertise in the systems engineering lifecycle
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture and GIS implementations
• Professional GIS certification (e.g., USGIF, GISCI, ESRI)

Desired:

• Doctorate in a related STEM field
• Experience with NGA Foundation GEOINT production
• Ten years in MBSE processes and cloud technologies
