WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a marketing professional with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This role is client-facing and requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable operating on a tactical level, is capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish, is confident within a fast-paced, team-first environment and has a results-oriented mindset.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Management:
- Act as a point of contact for key clients, understanding their objectives and providing strategic guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and insights on program/campaign progress.
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and other brand experiences.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee and coordinate field teams and vendors responsible for executing experiential campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality in execution.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client and event locations as needed to ensure best in class service and execution
Performance Analysis:
- Track and present campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to demonstrate campaign impact and ROI to clients.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an experiential marketing agency.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tool
