Experienced Estimator Division 10 - Gpac

Well-Established local company seeking Estimator with Division 10 product experience 

Duties

This position is responsible for the sales/estimating of Division 10 Products

*coordinate with departments, customers, vendors, and quote numerous projects.

*be accountable, build lasting relationships, focus on solutions

*create proposals, provide value engineering opportunities to customer base

*review architectural drawings on specifications (blueprints)

*ability to meet deadlines and schedules with bids

**handle project from beginning to end, follow up, negotiating, closing out bid projects

Requirements

*2+ years experience within the trade of Division 10 products

*knowledge of access controls and integration of door hardware is highly preferred

*experience in project estimating, and familiarity with construction drawings and specifications

*DHI certifications (CDC,ECH,AOC,AHC) desired

*Microsoft Word, PDF Reader, Excel

*must be detail orientated, self motivated with ability to multitask
