Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Be outstanding at relationship building! Prospect for new clients via, phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead sources.
Identify and engage prospective commercial clients, presenting professional tailored insurance solutions and effectively closing deals.
Risk Assessment:
Evaluate businesses' insurance needs, conduct thorough risk assessments, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Customer Relations:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research:
Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to remain competitive and responsive to client needs.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property and Casualty License in Pennsylvania is required.
Experience: Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or related B2B field is highly valued.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in analyzing risks, preparing proposals, and managing policies.
