About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant at Right at home Coachella Valley. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience from check-in to departure.
Tasks:
• Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
• Answering phones, email, and in-person with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Address guest concerns promptly and collaborate with other staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist all Administrative departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks in including filing and data entry.
• Conduct Client introductory to Caregivers on rotating weekends and during the week as needed.
• Assist with ordering offices supplies and stocking them in the supply room.
• Assist with preparing for Team Meetings and events.
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
