Position Information: Northwestern Health Sciences (NWHSU) seeks applicants for a visionary Executive Director of Program Innovation & Continuing Education to lead the expansion and enhancement of graduate, undergraduate, certificate, professional, and continuing education programs in health sciences using in-person, hybrid, and online educational formats that align with NWHSU's strategic plan. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with campus and industry partners to make strategic decisions that will generate new revenue streams for NWHSU.
The Executive Director is responsible for anticipating academic and professional education program needs in health sciences and developing and implementing a strategic plan to meet those needs.
The Executive Director reports to the President & CEO and will supervise the Continuing Education Program Coordinator and will build, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

What you need to have?

• Doctoral degree in Health Sciences or related field; relevant experience may be substitute for field of study
• 7+ years related experience; 5+ years managerial experience
