About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Miami's newest upscale French-inspired dining destination. This trendy, fast-paced restaurant is making waves in the Miami food scene with its fusion of classic French techniques and modern twists, offering a menu that resonates with both traditional and innovative flavors. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
Develop and execute a menu that combines authentic French cuisine with creative modern influences.
Lead and inspire a kitchen team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Maintain strict standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Work closely with local suppliers to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Create and manage kitchen budgets, labor costs, and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in upscale, high-volume restaurants.
Expertise in French cuisine, with a portfolio showcasing knowledge of classic and contemporary French dishes.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse kitchen team.
Excellent understanding of food cost management and budget control.
Ability to work closely with management to shape the restaurant’s culinary direction and ensure alignment with brand vision.
