TITLE: EXECUTIVE CHEF
LOCATION: LAX Airport - Multi-location
COMPENSATION: $ 80-95,000 ANNUAL

SUMMARY:
The Executive Chef is responsible for all back of the house elements and supports multiple client-operated locations to ensure client and guest satisfaction. The Executive Chef will ensure best practices are being followed in order to uphold our high-quality standards. This position will assist the General Manager in achieving financial success through the implementation of all culinary best practices, guidelines, policies, and SOPs. The general responsibilities of the position are listed below, but additional responsibilities may be identified at a later date, and differ from account to account depending on the business needs of each client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experienced Executive Chef managing a breakfast, lunch, dinner program
- Food production / commissary oversight
- Multi-unit role overseeing 2+ food service/ cafe/ restaurant locations
- Manage 30+ union workers (Executive Chef role is non-union)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of accredited Culinary institution or otherwise Accredited/ Certified Executive Chef
- Certified Executive Chef
- Experience as an Executive Chef managing a breakfast, lunch, dinner program
- Experience in operating a successful multi-location corporate dining facility or restaurant
- Experience working with/ managing a Food production/commissary
- Multi-unit experience overseeing 2+ food service/ cafe/ restaurant locations
- Experience managing union workers
- Reasonable tenure expected
- ServSafe certified
