Position Overview: Executive Chef
Spring Hills Livingston is seeking an innovative and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your culinary passion and expertise to a luxury senior living facility where dining excellence is a cornerstone of resident satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, elevate the dining experience, and inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional meals.
Key Responsibilities for Executive Chef:
Menu Design: Develop and execute seasonal, nutritious, and creative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while showcasing culinary artistry.
Team Leadership: Train, manage, and motivate a high-performing kitchen staff to maintain excellence in service and food preparation.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality assurance, and inventory control.
Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage food costs, labor expenses, and kitchen resources efficiently.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with staff to create memorable dining experiences for special events and themed occasions.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous standards of sanitation, food safety, and health regulations throughout the kitchen.
