A renowned fine dining restaurant in NW Florida is looking for an amazing Master Chef/Chef Partner. This 5 Star restaurant is looking for a Master Chef who is at the top of their game. The ideal candidate needs to be an experienced strong culinarian, leader with exceptional organizational skills and can-do attitude

Master Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef in fine dining environments or similar experience
- A chef with a genuine passion for gulf seafood
- Someone who gets excited about learning new cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- Someone who is highly organized
- A candidate who has excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the sales and support team
- A candidate with high-end restaurant experience.
- Proven ability to effectively train, manage and supervise staff
- Ability to handle curveballs and work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Knowledge and experience in Plate Costing, Scheduling, Order and Menu Development
- Highly computer literate (PC, Windows a plus)
- High Volume experience is a plus
Master Chef Duties:
- Line Cooking and food preparation; our leaders set an example for our BOH
- Manage BOH operations in scheduling, weekly / daily specials, menu development, training, etc
- Responsible for production and execution of menus with the input of the team.
- Order and oversee par levels of food inventor
- Maintain accurate inventory, food cost and waste logs
- Reconcile food costs on a monthly basis
- Lead by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Manage assigned staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, disciplinary actions
Master Chef Compensation
- $150,000 - $250,000
- D, H, V
- Supplemental & Bonus Pay
- Relocation if necessary
