This is a hands-on Executive Chef position serving our corporate service client throughout 7 locations in New Hampshire. The Executive Chef will be hands on the culinary operations that consists of cafe, catering, and vending. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who looking to get their foot in the door and showcase their culinary talent. The typical schedule is M-F, 6:00 am- 3:00 pm with some late evening for catering events.
We are looking for a Chef who:
- Creative problem-solver who brings passion, excitement, and new ideas
- Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
- Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
- Corporate Dining Experience
- Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor culinary personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the culinary management team to manage all aspects of food preparation, product handling, equipment utilization, and food safety.
- Hands on cooking for cafe operations and catering events
- Provides culinary support across the region for 7 sites in close proximity
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are implemented;
- Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance and management systems.
- Responsible for Front of the House and Back of the House support and client engagement

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
