Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration and coordination of all areas of executive support
- Proactively manage executive calendars with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts, and stay several steps ahead to maintain efficiency
- Handle all travel arrangements and itineraries, and frequent revisions as needed
- Schedule and coordinate various meetings and events
- Interact with key contacts and other C-level individuals
- Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO and President
- Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings, compile meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes and track action items and issues to closure throughout the organization
- Complete expense reports and manage corporate card purchases
- Quickly pivot and be available as business needs arise, including after hours
- Various other ad hoc requests, including office and facility management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to develop a long-term relationship with the C-suite executives that spans across multiple coverage areas
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and flexibility, with the ability to anticipate change and to react efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter, self-directed and act appropriately with little direction
