A financial services firm based in Shelton, CT is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to join the team, supporting the Chief Operating Officer, as well as the VP, Operations. Duties include:
- Maintain the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences and events, and travel (domestic and international) arrangements.
- Communications management including being a primary point of contact for the COO for both internal and external stakeholders; screening incoming email communication; preparing executive responses to incoming emails.
- Expense reporting; electronic filing; management of printing/mail/copying/filing
- Project work related to the firm's real estate portfolio, underwriting, licensing and training, company events, and some light personal assistance work.
- Additional ad-hoc administrative assistance
You will be able to work well under minimal supervision, will have excellent communication and time management skills, and be highly organized. You will have the ability to use discretion and be very responsive. You’ll be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
Candidates currently working in the financial services industry and who have experience with Salesforce will be prioritized.
