We are currently seeking an exceptionally organized, resourceful, multitasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You will anticipate and support the needs of our CEO so they may focus on accomplishing our Company goals. Your excellent communication, agility, ability to prioritize, and organize are key to changing priorities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules of our CEO through prioritization, problem-solving, and organization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner.
- Respond to communication or requests on behalf of our CEO with professionalism.
- Build and maintain congenial business relationships with our CEO and clients, including internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing for meetings with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Zoom experience preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Proficient in time management and planning.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and great follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This job is an office-based position in Washington, DC.
