Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support & Strategy – Act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making efficiency
- Calendar & Administrative Management – Handle complex scheduling, prioritization, and administrative processes
- Travel & Logistics Coordination – Plan, optimize, and oversee international and domestic travel arrangements
- High-Level Communication – Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism
- Project Management – Develop executive handbooks, SOPs, and oversee high-impact organizational initiatives
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and trustworthiness
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with key stakeholders, including board members and industry partners
- 24/7 Availability – Be prepared for urgent tasks on weekends and evenings as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of high-level executive support, preferably to C-suite executives
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Technology Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Project Management Skills: Experience in overseeing strategic initiatives and developing organizational processes
- Discretion & Trustworthiness: Proven track record in handling highly confidential and sensitive matters
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage changing priorities
- Availability: Must be on-site in Houston 5 days a week (9 AM - 6 PM) and on call for urgent matters
