Executive Assistant to CEO - $40-$48/hour - Arlington, VA - Beacon Hill

Our client, a national association, is seeking an indefinitely temporary Executive Assistant to support their President & CEO in Arlington, VA from 10am-6pm weekdays!

About the Job:

• Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
• Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.
• Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
• Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
• Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.

About You:

• 6+ years of strong administrative support experience in an association is required.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Self-starter able to manage various projects without supervision.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, SurveyMonkey, Concur, etc.
• Manage a high-volume workload while effectively prioritizing and creatively problem-solving.

Position Information:

• $40/hr-$48/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary indefinitely, starting ASAP!
• Hours are 10am-6pm.
• 100% on-site in Arlington, VA.
• Metro accessible.
