Job Duties:
• Managing supplies and handling purchase orders, working closely with external vendors and accounting firms.
• Juggling multiple activities, including overseeing incoming purchase orders and collaborating with team members and the shipping department.
• Supporting the Quality Team by purchasing products, receiving them, and inspecting them to ensure they meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams, including non-English speaking individuals.
• Possess strong organizational skills with a focus on data entry and management rather than traditional administrative support.
• Are eager to take ownership of your role and lead initiatives within the organization.
