About the Job
Overview:
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a leading global growth equity firm specializing in managing U.S, International, and Emerging Market portfolios you will have the opportunity to work directly with multiple partners throughout the firm and oversee office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients, preparing for client visits including notifying building security, ordering food and refreshments etc.
- Answering telephones, transferring calls, taking and distributing messages
- Copying and binding of marketing and client services materials
- Manage travel, transportation and hotel bookings for partners/employees utilizing the Concur travel management systems
- Lead effort to coordinate, manage and process on a timely basis partners/employees expense reports utilizing the SAP Concur expense reporting system
- Coordinate firm mailings, overnight deliveries, mail collection and reorder of postage/meter
- Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies and arrange for order/re-order of supplies
- Planning and coordinating company events and outings
- Other duties, including but not limited to, managing other administrative needs including ordering and shipping client holiday gifts, restaurant reservations, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience as an office manager/EA for a financial institution
- Experience working with Microsoft products
- Calendar Management
- Travel Management
- Event Management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00/hr.
