About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing competing demands
- Handle sensitive information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive review
- Coordinate and maintain records for executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential conflicts or issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
