Executive Assistant - Personal Assistant - Henderson Group Recruiting

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

Base salary: 80,000 - 90,000 BOE

Bilingual Spanish/English (Reading and Writing)

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing correspondence as needed

Assist in event planning and coordination

Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents

Support with calendar management and scheduling of meetings

Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proficiency in Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and events

Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks

Clerical skills for maintaining office records and files

Experience in event planning to assist in organizing company events

Calendar management expertise to coordinate schedules effectively

Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy

Knowledge of Google Suite for managing documents and communication
