Role and Responsibilities:
The EA/PA will serve as a key partner to Peter Rahal, providing seamless support across his personal and professional endeavors. This multifaceted role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to balance priorities at both Litani Management and David. The ideal candidate will excel in streamlining operations, managing logistics, and maintaining confidentiality while anticipating needs before they arise.
Office Management at David Protein
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the David office runs smoothly.
Serve as a liaison with external vendors and contacts, as needed.
Assist with logistics for team meetings, events, and office supplies management.
Assist with coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
Maintain HR records and help ensure compliance with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration for employees.
Organize team-building activities and support employee engagement initiatives.
Executive Assistant
Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling and email organization, as needed.
Arrange travel and accommodations for both domestic and international trips.
Prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Maintain records for accounting and bill pay support.
Collaborate on ad hoc projects, such as research initiatives, event planning, or operational improvements.
Act as a trusted partner for sensitive matters, ensuring discretion and professionalism.
Personal Assistant
Manage personal and family scheduling, appointments, and events.
Assist with household management and family needs, including vendor coordination, errands, and other personal tasks.
What you’ll bring:
- Prior experience:
previous work in executive or personal assistant roles with similar scope (strongly preferred).
