Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Operations Assistant to join our growing
team. Your job will be to do executive-level administrating for the team leader and support the team with marketing materials, scheduling, lead management, calendar management, event coordination, travel planning, social media management, and more. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills,
a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the industry. If you are not highly organized, do not apply, you will not be able to fake it and get by in this position. If you don’t have real estate experience, but have a high level of operations assistant but have executive level administrative assistant experience this is also acceptable. No job hoppers, please. Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital
marketing materials • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area Qualifications: • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to use Mac products • Experience using Canva is a plus • Experience
using Calendar or task management software is a plus • Experience with Follow-Up Boss is a plus

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $22.00
